I would strongly recommend you look at downtown San Antonio, or submarkets around San Antonio/ Austin.I have found the returns to consistently be far better.

I’m living in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida and will be relocating my job (J-ust ab-O-ve B-roke) to Raleigh North Carolina along with several weeks working in my home town of Key West Florida.

I have been looking west as well as close to downtown areas.  

Appreciate the offer but I am solely looking within Downtown DC area.

East Hill home (which is a good neighborhood here, though this is the less-nice part of that neighborhood in terms of home quality) with hardwood floors, partially finished walkout basement and located within blocks of downtown Eau Claire and Parks. 

I consider all of downtown Greenville and most of the gentrified surrounding areas to be Surban. 

The property is located 6 blocks from the college in the heart of downtown!

The added advantage of working downtown and not paying inflated rent by living in my investment may make it worthwhile to me.

Northside, pleasant ridge, around the UC area, the suburbs north of the city are my favorites I avoid certain parts of Avondale and price hill, a section between downtown and the UC are the areas I avoid

Does anyone know of the best advertising medium for a rental (LOFT) in downtown San Diego?
