Can anyone recommend any contractors in San Diego (especially keen on North Park, South Park, Normal Heights)?

I am keen on STR for now due to bonus depreciation.  

I'm keenly interested in understanding options myself before I start trying to make my own math real. :)

He's very keen to sell me a rental house there.I haven't purchased out-of-state before.

Apart from saving for the course, I have also begun reserving funds for my first investment property, with a long-term goal of achieving financial freedom through investing in small and large multifamily buildings.As a newbie in this field, I am keen to shadow anyone who is willing to mentor me and show me the ropes.

It takes technical skill, education and training, a keen eye and a ton of gear and software. 

My manager isn't too keen electronic or saved signatures for that matter.

And my local opinion of preferring the sidelines is based on being conciously incompetent yet keenly aware that the market moves in cycles.
