I am looking at the idea of investing in Prefab Multi family homes in NC or NY. The math adds up and its very lucrative on paper. But it also appears as too good to be true. If any one invested in prefab multifamily homes, please share your experience. What are the pit holes and what should be aware of before investing.
@Raghavendra Krishnapuram, did you ever find a solution for this? I'm keenly interested in understanding options myself before I start trying to make my own math real. :)
