This emphasis on scaling as quickly as possibly means you’re going to become a door chaser and you will look for markets that cater to that objective which normally means weak underlying fundamentals.

Hi John,It's a matter of opportunity cost.Yes capital is more expensive right now, but based off cyclical and long term data, asset prices begin to rise rapidly as money becomes cheaper.

I also don't regret not having to punch a clock in a really long time.All those that say 'scale' on their way to, from or at work they'd rather not have to do or go to.   

Purchase price maybe $120,000  a door, that seems high to me for 70s product, but I just don´t remember prices at that time.   

We currently own 6 doors with 5 of them paid off in full.
