The current top loader I have is destroyed, possibly due to it being left unbalanced for a while so I am leaning toward the front loader as I have not had as many issues with Front loaders as the Top loaders, but I am on the fence if the extra $4-500 or so is worth it or not.Just looking for any insight or thoughts from fellow landlords on this before I decide to buy.
