There is no reason people can't simply say what these folks are, "an investor you know"  Don't blow smoke and BS at a seller. 

(They want to be able to have parties, smoke quasi legal substances, they want to have bbqs and a backyard to call their own etc) Also believe it or not some are still price sensitive (if they don't have an unlimited student loan or bank of mom&dad).My 3 Fanshawe rentals are all in this neighbourhood.

Nearly everything had that old 80s/90s dark and dreary look to it.  

You can even as a lady feel safe at night on the streets after dark etc..

I feel like this is an absurd smoke screen for something else that Wynn is cooking up to screw us all at the benefit of her inner circle... or a distractions from the other billions of dollars she's wasted and illegal practices she's had swept under the rug.I'd better stop talking politics before things get out of hand.

There are many other Canadians here ... including a fairly active clutch from the Big Smoke.  

I spent about 10 hours (and $250) painting chipped paint, Installing some smoke detectors and replacing a window, but was able to keep the deal alive.
