Very fast and easy process and doesn't invoice a locksmith.If we can get enough input from other investors on this list I'll create a spreadsheet of all the items and an explanation of their benefits then upload it into the BP FilePlace.

E-mail a copy of any notices and finally your deposit settlement letter/ damage invoice to their caseworker. 

I would agree with @Michael Dang and build off of his comment -- one thing I would want is to know how the GP will communicate with the LPs (webinars, calls, who do I have access to if I have questions), how often (monthly, quarterly),and what will they communicate?

We set up quickbooks to create invoices for tenants.

@Tim SwierczekWe currently using Intuit Quickbooks invoices for rent collection.  

We had to change our property manager/cleaner that we had earlier as they were charging expenses that they couldn't justify after questioning and were reversing charged on every month's invoice while we were with them.

I ask for a statement for all the invoices when they do a draw or deposit on my account, I get it.

Does the contractor just simply submit an invoice to you for materials?
