Just make sure you are checking the diversity and the population.  

Besides all of the economic reasons to go and do business in Memphis, the town is very beautiful, has tons of culture and the people are wonderful.My recent visit included meetings with @Alex Craig, @Curt Davis, @Douglas Skipworth, @Bert Miller, @Tina Sandoval and @James Wachob.

For myself, it was about the culture and training.

However if it is a question of doing at a distance for either, than I would like be more interested in the turnkey SFR for diversity of risk and likely better cash flow returns.

The lifestyle, language, food, culture, sights, smells were all different.

It is very common for certain cultures in the area. 

I have heard that Chicago is very diverse and the population is growing.  

It's a different culture here. 

As said 21229, like much of baltimore is a very diverse zip code.
