I am a NY based lender and 60% of my business is comprised of coops.  

I was thinking we needed to remove carpet, scrub walls, and then prime, but my business partner thinks primer will cover up any smoke smell.Just curious if scrubbing the walls with soap is necessary and recommended.Thank you

I am charging less than a studio apartment and including utilities, housecleaner, parking, in unit laundry, security system and toiletry items every month (Clorox wipes, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels).

I forget what all was in there - maybe a few trash bags, some dish soap, a couple scrubby sponges, a bottle of hand soap or some paper towels.

The church, and the second rectangular building to the left comprise about 19k-20k sq ft total. 

I bought a soap dispenser and a change maker for convince (another $800, but worth it for me.).

One of the biggest maintenance problems are body oils, hairspray & soap residue in guests swimsuits causing foaming.

One of the best lists is people who have owned for 20 or more years and are older like 60+, they may comprise 50 percent of all good lists (not counting divorce, foreclosure lists) and website capture won't work as effectively on them.

Garbage pickup was running 7 days a week.Next, every surface needs to be cleaned with soap and water and then bleach.
