people are funny.. complain about RE making 4k but will buy a rehabber house from a wholesaler who puts up no money takes no risk and walks away with 50 to 20k.. and think that is fine..

If he says no then tell him to have fun walking further.

What doesn't make sense is walking into a room of experts and saying I don't know what I am doing, but this is my plan, what do you think?

For us, we don’t do a deal where we don’t think we can walk away with at least a $50k profit after repairs,  it just isn’t worth the time and risk for us.  

Generally you can tell what will pop up when walking the property.

If you are just wanting someone to go and check on your property periodically for walk throughs I would try and find an agent that is close to the location of the property. 

However, I am not happy over the fact that he seems to be just walking away after going through the process.
