If you get it and buy one a year, then too often I see that the basic knowledge gives the investor beer glasses....they know just enough to be dangerous and they get circles run around them in too many cases.If you're going to buy 10 a year...and be pretty active buying and renting...and maybe selling a few or more for friends, families, other investors...then it might make sense.You can still take the classes and get the knowledge without getting your license.

I paid the collateral mortgage through by using Wise, after paid, they said they require pay 25% instead of 20% because their management team cannot proof. they provided different wise account and I become suspicious but I still paid.They claimed they would disburse my loan, but due to a system issue, they could not.

I would get a lead inspector out there ASAP to test the hell out of every surface to have SOME contemporaneous proof that there isn't lead dust in the house.

Hey mate,I'd advise against $50,000 houses unless you are full time on the ground.Turnkey houses for $50,000 tend to be in rougher parts.C or D class.High crime, lot's of volatility, boarded up homes, no upside from an appreciation standpoint, cars with no wheels lol and PM collects rents with a bullet proof vest and shot gun.Works well for some and the hustle is real.
