These events usually include a short learning/education portion with guest speakers, small groups for discussion and Q&A sessions, and an open networking platform to meet and share resources with others.

Your tax advisor should be doing a planning session to make this happen. 

September is historically one of our slowest months due to our school years in America going back in session, so trying to get a snapshot of whats happening right now is not necessarily the best idea, I usually advise to look at Quarters and average them out, rather than get too worried about a week here and there.

Contractor...I know that I'm the only real estate investor that needs a quality contractor : )Finally, if there are any real estate investors here in Virginia and would like to meet up and talk investment opportunities 1on1 or in a group session I'd be super interested. 

Also deal maker sessions and meetings are another good source.

You/your VAs may only have 1 shot at it so I'd recommend cold callers engage in role-play sessions regularly to practice objections and aim to boost conversion rates each month.All forms of prospecting (mail, email, call) should have the same call-to-action (i.e. website visit, meeting/phone call scheduling link, etc.).All the best to you on your journey!
