RE is still quite cheap, although it has shot up a lot the last few years.

Stockton might not be the worst place but need to look more west like the east bay - Oakley, Brentwood, Pittsburg etc - Jobs and growth have shot up but over the next 15-20 years its going to double

I was thinking the same thing about trying to answer as often as possible - if someone is shy or unsure if they should call and they end up giving it a shot, I better answer before I lose that lead haha.
