(All the plants are artificial BTW, but amazingly real). 

So your decision on whether to invest in medical office should not be affected by ACA and the direction it will take medicine in the future.  

TripAdvisor charged huge fees to the guests which artificially inflated the prices.

They've had it with sky-high property prices artificially maintained by the Bank of Canada's artificially low interest rates for years and they understand that this game has finally coming to an end.

Does this mean that the bull market has been artificially inflated by all these methods and people and businesses are now over-leveraged?

Some renters will be winners - like the fixed income, never-going-to-move-again renter, but there will be many losers too - the new tenant moving into town, the renter who would like to move closer to work but can't because they're "locked" in with an artificially low rent, the tenant who is moved out and can't find another affordable place because the economics no longer support a home being a rental and it gets sold to an owner occupant.Consider donating to your local apartment association or other org who is working on "no on 10" campaigning.

Shelter is a great company,  but I would ask for their Broad Policy that covers • Burglary/Break-in damage•  Falling Objects (like tree limbs)•  Weight of Ice and Snow•  Freezing of Plumbing•  Accidental Water Damage•  Artificially Generated ElectricityIf something happens to your home that's not on the basic list you won't be covered.

I'm in the "dont create turnover" camp.... turnover is often your single biggest expense, so don't artificially create more of it.
