Do the courts usually appoint the agent to list these deals or would I have to have relationships with the tenants in common and their attorneys?

Someone says they work for the FEDS, State/Local but don't start work for 5 weeks but need Housing ask for an "Appointment Letter", Private Industry calls it an offer letter/sheet/package but Govts call it an Appointment.

If you want to scale your business excel is just not a feasible long term option especially when it comes to follow up appointments, diligent note taking, recording phone calls, tracking deal stages etc.  

@Redgy Saint-Germain  so in instead of whining on a BP .. why did you simply not call the listing agent make an appointment and go look at it.. why whine about it and blame your agent ... if you wanted it why not go after it.. you are after all in charge of your own investments right??

When you find one that does, make an appointment to discuss terms.  

Hey Account Closed, to your point, the task assignment & management functionality in Podio is helpful so employees can stay organized and prioritize their work - i.e. call back leads, schedule appointments, create sales comps reports, etc.

Lloyd, thankyou for explaining what you do.Do you just set up individual appointments with your buyers and sellers when doing that walk through?

If there's an actual executor appointed to manage the estate, it's been filed with the court.
