You can add value (which is impossible with stocks).It's not super intricate like a Swiss watch, and if you know what you are doing it can take some of the risk out of it (that many face).Providing a clean desirable place to live for people is up there for me, I have no appetite for run down slum housing.The daily "Stuff" that must be done is acceptable to me.
