As an appraiser, it is amazing, and infinitely annoying, possibly illegal even, how often a reconsideration of value request comes through when the appraisal does not hit the sales contract bulls-eye.

There’s a section of the house back the main hall where there’s a bathroom door and bedroom door and the closet door so when I was looking at the closet door I thought how annoying it would be if someone had the closet door open and people were trying to get past them to the bedroom or bathroom so I put a barn slider door there for maximum space in the hall for the closet.

Wow, I would be beyond annoyed if my landlord tried to come in once a month to "check-in" on me, and would surely not stay there any longer than necessary. 

Try to become their friend with multiple visits instead of just being an annoying salesman.Figure out what the owners need, not what you need.

I am annoyed just thinking about this because it is so insulting to even ask this of you. 

We used to get annoyed by it, but it shows you have a tenant who has attention to detail and will take good care of your property.
