If you ignore my advise and still pursue, I suggest you look for deals with executors and administrators with Full IAEA Authority which is confirmed in the document called Lettrs Testamentary (will) or Letters of Administration (no will or PR not named in will attached).Since the property that you will buy will likely be listed on MLS, ask the listing agent (or the selling agent who submits your offer) which CAR form they prefer.

I'm building a list of free and open source tools to help a group of friends sell their houses and am looking for input from others who also do this.SugarCRM (big fan of this -- not the easiest to use for newcomers, but provides great value when on a budget value)Wordpress (big fan here -- once we build a template to showcase a house, then we can then we can script out these installs)LAMP / LEMP -- Linux + Apache / Nginx + MySQL/MariaDB + PHP/Pearl (the platform all of this rides on).

To make this argument, the person with a disability must make a request for a reasonable accommodation to the landlord, property manager or homeowners association (HOA) and provide the following information: Indicate that you have a disabilityRequest that, as a reasonable accommodation of your disability, you are seeking to have an emotional support animal live with youDescribe the relationship between your disability and the assistance the animal providesIf you can show each of these three things, a housing provider or program must permit the animal to live with you unless it can demonstrate that allowing the animal would pose an undue financial or administrative burden or would fundamentally alter the nature of the housing or program.Having a look at all that, there are still many legal reasons you can turn down a tenant.Especially if you don't want a mini horse in your house!

I'm currently a business administration and business law student at the University of Economics of Vienna, who has always been interested in the real estate market but who never really focused on this branche.My interest to invest in real estate aroused a few weeks ago when my grandfather sold two of his houses, which made me do a little bit of researching on this topic.I started my search on Quora, which lead me to the BiggerPockets' beginners guide and so now I'm here.By now I'm mostly interested in house flipping, since many of my relatives work in the construction industry and could help me out with the renovation.

You will want to check local law, but in my jurisdiction an UNLICENSED person CAN do the following:  Delivering a lease application, a lease, or any amendment thereof to any person;Receiving a lease application, lease, or amendment thereof, a security deposit, rental payment, or any related payment for delivery to and made payable to the real estate firm or owner;Showing a rental unit to any person, or executing leases or rental agreements, and the employee or retainee is acting under the direct instruction of the owner or designated or managing brokerProviding information about a rental unit, a lease, an application for lease, or a security deposit and rental amounts to any prospective tenant; orAssisting in the performance of property management functions by carrying out administrative, clerical, financial, or maintenance tasks.The key is in how the money is handled.

Tedroy-Find a qualified and experienced contractor, do not settle for cheapest, you want experience here, because their is a significant administrative burden not only paperwork, proper formatting, but also financial constraint on the contractor as these sometimes have $0 prepayment to contractor.
