We are closing on Monday, and leasing our house back from the buyers for the rest of the week so our son can finish his last week of school, then movers are coming Saturday and we're out Sunday, they are in Monday.  

It seems like investing in Tacoma can be risky from a quality of neighborhood perspective, but I'm unfamiliar with the Tacoma/Lakewood border area.

I looked under the home and did not see axels on it, and it did not have tongues to hitch up to the mover either. 

BP has Seattle/Tacoma meetups occasionally, keep your ears open.  

I invest in Tacoma and have been getting 1.5%.

At some point though it's cheaper to flood cut and replace the drywall than it is to pay for air mover rental or purchase.- Now that the saturated materials are out, they will use several air movers and 1-2 big dehu's (the large industrial types) and monitor the moisture levels.  

A moving company that will help ease the entire process and not add more stresses.The fact is; and needless to say, however, easy to forget, is your movers will have your entire lifetime of prized possessions, intimate items such as clothing, and valuables worth a considerable amount of money.

Software is the big mover in the industry.  

The commute to Seattle/Bellevue (30 minutes non-peak) is certainly shorter than from Tacoma, which is now running out of fixer properties and seeing rent price explosions.You can tell a lot about comparative growth rates by seeing what the market value growth is in each county.
