I was excited when i first saw the properties and have been waiting in the wings ever since hoping it wouldn’t go through as I can’t find anything else quite like it and the aim is I will be living in 1 and house hacking.

Hello Jason,I completely understand what you’ve said, and it sounds quite smart for future investment and current maintenance.

Some folks have done quite well and others have gone bankrupt.I would do a search here and read all about it as there is a ton of info on arbitrage.
