We want to be able to cook whatever we want. 

Complaints of new roommates coming in "out of nowhere" (it makes sense because the owner has to rent the room), people smoking pot (good luck proving who make the living room couch smell like weed and *just* evicting them), and just a ton of complaints.  

If it does not have an oven/stove, it is not a kitchen because you cannot cook in it.

With finding a pot of gold like BP it is a wonder my head has not exploded yet!

the property is in river grove illinois I'm sure there has been no tax sale from what I can see on the cook county tax portal no heirs have taken interest but I'm almost positive I could get this property for nothing with some good negotiating 

I imagine it is a lot better for the walls near the cooking surfaces in the kitchen.
