Mr seller, we can decide to buy, fix and resell this property, we could decide to fix and rent it out, we can decide to sell it owner financed or sell it as is to any of our network of investors that we collaborate together.

There’s few MHU attendees collaborating their data as well.What we did with that list from Frank is we picked and choose the state and city were interested in and our VA skip traced them.
