Thanks for the info - this may be worth looking into - of course we will have to brown bag it if we go with a venue like this -but what's important is the content of the meetup, so with enough people, and enough quality content - I don't think too many Deal Seekers will care if there is food or not - I already have had some members mention that they are not interested in paying for expensive lunches just to sit in on the meeting so it is something to take into consideration.

@Darren LiedtkeThere has been significant appreciation in the suburbs such as Brown Deer, Menominee Falls, etc.I own one in Brown Deer that appraised for +$10k more than last spring.I also own one in 53222 and have had 0% appreciation.Unless your in Bayview or another trendy neighborhood in Milwaukee it's basically 0% appreciation.

They routinely turned off pool equipment against the lease, they secured the yards irrigation system (we just had the entire front yard done right before they moved in), 3 foot tall weeds in the front yard, and let brown widows infest the back yard.
