there is a famous case  ( at least in Australia were US and AU marketers were truly abusing investors from AU) AU investor did exactly what you did.. bought a unit... decided to take his 6 week vacation to Detroit and do the work himself.  

I come to the US by way of Sydney, Australia and London, UK and my wife is a US native.

I'm from Australia and can not wait until i start to invest in USA.

But I would check for any upcoming trade shows in your area through the Chamber of Commerce to see who is exhibiting.

For example, to apply for the loan you may need to hire an independent consultant to prepare the exhibits required (to get the loan, you have to provide a detailed proposal of the work you want to do and cost estimates for each item).

Mehmet, congrats on finding a plex that works at the top of the market as Australia, Canada, China (and some parts of Asia) and So Cal are on the down.
