The market is just too tight for that any more. 

We are also noticing that market rent can be achieved and some cases even higher than market rent. 

We are all right since it’s our money, our risk assessment and we each know our total story.I like the stock market Longterm 15 years and out.  

Yes, we are "making money" by paying down the mortgage, but not seeing any of the profits at this point.

We are not flipping the house are are just trying to acquire it.
