We just got a new Samsung washer & dryer for $500 (no damage) & a new 18 cft fridge for $175 (very slight dent in backside) for an apt & included free delivery.

Baby boy "Rhythm Madaan" was here....Since i am going to be part of this community for rest of my life, i just thought to share the news with you all.

It has lot of oil stains on the garage floor and smells like solvents.I tried a couple of cleaners with a pressure washer, and they had little effect.

Weird 70's powder sink in middle of upstairs hallway (could possibly rip that out and put closet, book case, or washer/dryer later on if wanting to sell). 

If you are in a decent location:- wood or vinyl plank floors- granite countertops- 2 tone paint- washer/dryer hookupsI get the granite done for about 650-900 dollars for kitchen and bath. 

The market demands in-unit washers & dryers.

The good news is that she was here to correct and carry on the recipe and the best news is that she was here and in excellent health.Sorry for your loss. 

None of the other units have washer/dryer hook ups, and there is no laundry facility in the immediate vicinity. 

I try to get rid of washers, dryers, and dishwashers.

Their youngest daughter had flushed a large face washer & that was all it took to seize it.
