When I get to Tampa I'd love to help volunteer some time to helping the REIA if you guys need it. 

I love to travel and over the past few years I was able to do volunteer work in South Africa and take a self-guided bike tour through France.

That is why you volunteered and what tax payers expect.

Rather than work on my own houses during rehab though, I volunteer on weekends when I can at the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity and have picked up quite a bit of construction knowledge there. 

So, that leaves it up to the Tenant to volunteer to pay after a signed lease is in place. 

That advice about volunteering with habitat for humanity is some of the best advice I think I've gotten on BP and I already am looking to volunteer!

Also, I'm looking for chances to get involved in the community so if you need any help id be happy to volunteer.

A little about me I work part time while going to school full time, I had an alright high school unweighted GPA of 3.73 with a handful of AP classes, I have loads and loads of volunteer and club experience (Club President, Eagle Scout, etc.) and I always strive to be the best.
