He signed his 1031 papers about 6 months ago and then went to TX for a motorcycle rally, Oshkosh for the air show, Paris for a d day re-enactment, Memphis for some blues festival, Key West just cause he could and is now slowly working his way back to Maine so he can put some work in on his vacation rental during the summer. 

I'm definitely into adding a personalized touch to the tenant move-in process, but I'm not necessarily sure how I feel about just sending them a gift card out of the blue as a holiday gift. 

     NADA and Kelley Blue Book both have values for mobile homes.

It is in a blue-collar more rural area on the outskirts of Houston.

I also sit down with the tenants while signing the lease and have them initial, in blue ink, the "hot buttons", i.e.: no pets, maintining property appearance, etc.

I found a lot of investor owned properties where I was at (off Blue Ridge and 71).  

Now the blue tile is a winter project over there.

Their name then appears and is highlighted in blue and they get an email telling them they have been "mentioned" in a post if they configured their account to do so.
