I love when aged posts get resurfaced with a recent update sometimes! 

I would ideally like to purchase 4 to 6 homes in one or two different markets this year.Can you send me over your updated inventory. 

Any insights on increasing rents or updating the units would be greatly appreciated!

As a newcomer to real estate investing, I'm unsure which documents, such as the title or appraisal, need updating to reflect the addition of a bathroom.

We just added some large property updates this year (heated/chilled pool, fire pit, extensive landscaping) so I am trying to get a revenue projection for 2025 given all of the updates. 

Its not uncommon to see 2/1s in avondale on a 3 flat at $1100 each and you go in do cosmetic updates and bump each unit to $1900-2000.

I have no data, but from my experience this is the key to section 8 rentals, buy and update a home which will attract the better quality section 8 tenants.
