With announcements occurring almost weekly of new corporations bringing jobs to our economy and new developments breaking ground, Tucson seems poised to finally shed its title as Phoenix’s little sister.I have lived in Tucson for 10 years, I moved to the city to attend the University of Arizona in 2007.

Very interested in possibly investing near Simpson University and bethel church as both attract a lot of visitors.

preferably a small City with a university.

This is a good question and as others have indicated, there is no correct, universal answer. 

Especially my first year of university in Munchen.

One idea would be to get onto Craig'slist and bring up the map search for properties for rent near the university.

This will help you develop an expertise quickly.The RE universe is so big that if you don't pick a niche, you will be overwhelmed very quickly and, potentially, lose interest.

San Antonio has three universities (Trinity, Incarnate Word, SAC) within walking distance of each other and the downtown area.
