Whoops.Basically that just means we pivoted to FHA for this use-case (medium to high income, low down payment, 2-4 unit, owner occ "house hackers") and have been focused on getting really good/fast at it.

@Scott BridgehouseIt depends on the terms of the loan, but you should definitely be able to find local lenders that offer lower down payment loans than that as a house hacker.

I'm a former house-hacker turned lender so this is just my opinion.

I also enjoyed the realtor I worked with, she is a real estate investor and works with other house hackers. 

I am looking to connect with luxury house hackers meaning those that have house hacked and currently have tenants that are paying above median rental income in their market.  

Right now low money conventional in North Jersey is working out really well, it worked out great for me and my wife and many other house hackers in are market.  

I'm a house-hacker in Colorado Springs, and I had a similar experience when I started analyzing.

I would hate it if a hacker messed up my automatic delivery of coffee when I run low.
