Unfortunately, the groups that do the least marketing are the hardest to find (clearly), often have very long track records, and their minimums are much higher (commonly $250k+ stated minimums).Owning directly, OOS: depending on your involvement, willingness to travel to property, you are in many ways facing the same risks as syndications.
