The answer is simple Zillow and the other sites are not helpful at all to value properties, not one tiny bit.What they ARE useful for is looking at a trend in a specific area.

Modular could be very helpful with tiny homes, affordable housing and any other kind of floorplans that can be standardized and put through production.

we dont have any problem tenants. in fact, our tenants are great so far (and hope it stays that way), so that's why i just put the big requests/items on a spreadsheet with their names and the address. do not feel that every tiny thing needs to be recorded for someone that has not been a problem before.
