If you want to save some money though and get your hands dirty there are products you can purchase on domyownpestcontrol.com but you will need to follow the labels and be thorough which shouldn’t be too hard since all furniture and carpet is removed.

Always be careful with condo  developments and do some thorough due diligence before making your offer.

I really believe your time would be well invested getting a thorough feel for different neighborhoods.

Water runs down the street, and enters a thoroughly inadequate drain - it is both small and horizontal so it clogs easily - and then over flows, running down the stairs to the lower patio.

On the other hand, I’ve thoroughly diligences the house since I’ve lived it in 5 years.

I want to do a more thorough look at the decking and such when we do inspections next week to see if we need a whole roof or just shingles.

Just be thorough when screening your tenants and you may have the best tenant in the world.

I don't think the background check is that thorough but I haven't found anything better.
