I'm at the stage in my company's growth that I'm handing off and delegating tasks that I've been doing myself for years.

The internet, gurus-advertising constantly in reels feeds, and TV shows has killed this industry. 

And that number is higher because it is a turnkey company charging a premium.A couple questions:Having never been to Memphis, I think boots on the ground opinions about neighborhoods is as valuable, if not more, than data I can gather on the internet.

That’s slow by today’s standards but while this was not pre-internet, it was pre-“everybody’s doing it”.

There are lots and lots of desktop investors who surf the internet but are not fully committed to buying or learning the process.

Because Packwood has Gigabit internet (Seriously, as fast or faster than the internet in Seattle!)

As are cellular towers, fiber, the internet, the local gas station, vape shop, computer monitors, keyboards, search engines, and just about everything else you can imagine.  

People who want to sell their homes are not waiting for mail or phone calls, they are on the internet looking for people who buy homes. 

Back then, it was just me, I juggled a kaleidoscope of tasks: managing social media for an investor, scheduling appointments for a life coach, and writing website copy for a realtor.

All the research on the internet can not replace experience.
