They might as well live in style, while not paying $2500 a month as to live in squaller why they don't pay $300 a month.It takes the same amount of time to evict them, no matter what the rent is, so they get to live for free the same amount of time, no matter what the rent is.

On the properties that I found for rehabing prior to finding out that it would not work for me, I put together almost book report style proposals for potential investors featuring repair costs, photos, my own blueprints etc.I want to thank all the experienced investors on the site for the valuable information they are willing to share.

I went and looked at them and they seem great - decent houses in nice neighborhoods, easily as big and in same style as others near it, need rehab but not so much that they're real wrecks.
