What learning resources have you been studying?

I have recently become incredibly interested in real estate and have been studying up in all my free time for the past month or so.

The more criteria you use for screening the more likely you are to fail to comply with applicable law and the more difficult it is for you to prove you did not discriminate.

The majority of advisors recommend that you hold property for either 12, 18 or 24 months in order to prove your intent to hold for investment purposes. 

Looking at the Citrona website, I see basic spelling mistakes, a lack of executive/owner bios, and no case studies showing the financials for some of your projects (which is surprising as one of the founders worked for 10 years at a financial services firm).

I think one property is not enough to prove if your process works.
