With yard debris, I went onto "as needed" basis, and got the biggest can, and I put about 100 holes in it, so it would dry out and I could put more in.

@Joe Splitrock thank you for your clarification on the lease break, sounds like it hopefully will be a pretty cut and dry scenario as long as there was no communication between the property managment company and the tenants.

Most of the old warehouses vacant and for sale for $1 around here are really tough locations so spending millions to upgrade an old building to be in a C or D class area is not that enticing.My family used to own a large warehouse for dry ice production and distribution as the neighborhood turned to crap between the 1950's and 1980's they moved into a bigger building in a nicer part of town.

I get calls and postcards for properties I own but what gets me is they keep calling me on 3 whispering pine dr,  I don't own nor have I ever owned this property.
