They think it’s normal to waive an appraisal on a house with mold and dry rot.

The lake level has dried up quite a bit BUT the property is still waterfront!

Or join a brokerage that will give you the support you need to get up and running rather than leave you out to dry and see who sticks like a lot of the bigger brokerages do.

With yard debris, I went onto "as needed" basis, and got the biggest can, and I put about 100 holes in it, so it would dry out and I could put more in. 

But a way to stem these increases is protest the valuations on all your properties every year.

@Joe Splitrock thank you for your clarification on the lease break, sounds like it hopefully will be a pretty cut and dry scenario as long as there was no communication between the property managment company and the tenants.

Most of the old warehouses vacant and for sale for $1 around here are really tough locations so spending millions to upgrade an old building to be in a C or D class area is not that enticing.My family used to own a large warehouse for dry ice production and distribution as the neighborhood turned to crap between the 1950's and 1980's they moved into a bigger building in a nicer part of town. 

This leaves the seller high and dry and having to start over again.

A lot of my questions stem from that topic.

I get calls and postcards for properties I own but what gets me is they keep calling me on 3 whispering pine dr,  I don't own nor have I ever owned this property.
