@Louis LordGo to school, learn how to read and write properly, work on your communication skills, make as many friends as possible, play a team sport, pass high school,  go to university, get a high paying job, save money for down payment, buy a duplex and live in one side and rent the other side. 

Sports fans and team owners have grappled with the idea that some names and imagery associated with franchises like the Cleveland Indians and Washington Redskins are offensive to Native Americans.

I double-majored in Sport Administration and Film and then somehow ended up in law school.  

Kind of like playing a sport or a video game.

I know smaller returns and more hands in the investment but as we always say in BP, just need to start and get going and I only have 1 other property right now with a very busy life and young kids, sports etc but that is also the reason I need to build it faster as well.Thanks BP,Jeremy

You got in the game and now your taking a constructive look at how to improve, its what the professional in every profession do - Sports - business - entertainment- Parenting !!

No sporting events, concerts really happening.

Outdoor destinations and national parks will be more appealing than a trip to a vast city with tickets to a sporting or concert event.
