Taking the ice chest and bringing some back to grill at our house down there with the neighbors and our foreman/Wife. 

Also adding, cable or satellite television, internet, internet connected entertainment media devices, gas or charcoal grill.  ^^^ That guy is going down the road I've gone down 23 times. 

They will pretty much take care of their equipment(fryers, grill, display cases, bakery racks, etc).

@Andrew ReisPut a camera in the stairwells I bet they are smoking in the stairwells if they are smokers.

So I turn down smokers who don't tell me they smoke (non-smoking house).   

I inherited these tenants' fairly good pay on time both are related i just have a little of a issue with one tenant son he is on the lease he's constantly in and out the building at odd hours of the night also a little bit of a pot smoker I should I speak with the parent about this ?

Just as a brief example, there were a few gas grills on one project.

I bought a change machine for the laundry at the beginning of the pandemic and a great grill for the share backyard.The overwhelming problem is that we are not the problem and we are not newsworthy.
