I kinda got these leads confused with Tax Delinquent property and have already paid to have these leads skip traced.

But the is an area where spring/summer is best for sales.I can fix up the kitchen and list it this fall or I can skip the improvements and rerent it for 6-18 months.

Also have used the skip tracing a few times.

Then skip trace those people and call them on the phone.

I am also thinking of using a skip tracing service to see if I can get additional contact information.
