That’s not a coincidence Anybody that is trying to do wholesaling I’m more then sure knows that it’s no easy sailing.

And on Thursday we will be attending a beginners class in sailing - I am excited to make finally some recreational use of Lake Michigan! 

This should have been available during the last real estate crash and a lot of people would still be in their homes with fewer Board Ups.I think we are in the greatest country in the world with the greatest real estate system in the world.Truer, sharks are everywhere to take the money of the naive but once you learn how to navigate around them it is clear sailing.

San Diego was first on my list because of the climate and I love sailing but the pricing there put me off a little, probably like many others!

It has been smooth sailing since a new manager took over.

I think the airport has improved dramatically and if they dredge the Delaware, which I'd like to see assuming it doesn't cause other issues, there could be an opportunity for cruise ships to sail from Philly as well. 

Tough sailing without some real hard work.
