They consistantly had over a million in business which mean experience, but some are still dumb as a rock that I know, but they sure are pretty....LOLI agree with Charles, I'm more interested in working with people who are business minded who happen to be knowledgable in RE.

Its relatively new structure(1995) and it goes for relatively cheap price.However, it has some damage to the ceiling sheet rock and plumbing was also damaged.

The homeowners should all band together and try to meet with the developers of the casino and the local building department to try to mitigate as much as they can.

When you're a tenant you don't rock the boat until you have a new place to live and know you are on the way out.

I'm not disagreeing with Jason here, as that may be in GA (it's a strange state, lol) but....Here, when a double closing was done, they are two closings, the first a-b and the second b-c, if they are scheduled 30 minutes apart, c is in the waiting room reading a magazine while a and b and already in the closing room, they close and the closing docs are placed in a folder and a leaves with their copies.

I would give you a hand but I am being held prisoner in another state by a band of ruthless doctors and we are unable to escape, maybe next year.

Make it out to everyone on the lease "A and B and C".

Sticking with one title agent to do both closings is definitely a lot simpler since they already have the funds & deed from A-B and can easily transfer to the B-C closing.Hope this helps...

My sense was that MidAtlantic was particularly focused on real estate investment, whereas Equity pitches to a much broader band.
