I've finally completed my move from GA to TX and now I'm looking to network and find some good people in the central Texas area. I've only completed 4 wholesaling deals while in GA (about 3 months ago) and now its time to make some deals in TX. Sorry Greg! I never heard of Copperas Cove-Harker Heights, YES! One of my daughters DOES live there and has a real estate Brokerage company. She lives in a nice development up on a hill overlooking a big Lake. She was the # 1 seller for the biggest developer in the area a couple years ago. She would find the new officers being sent to Killeen and have a brand new home built for them. If they left 3-6 years later, she'd list their home. She does well and knows the area.

Bragging time- My protege, her oldest son, who is a sophomore at Univ Of Houston, is closing on his first sfr in a couple weeks and already has 2 other room mates signed up. He comes and spends a couple weeks at "gramps real estate camp" every year and is really something. He was the Valedictorian at Harker Heights HS a couple years ago out of nearly 500 graduating students.

Thomas Handy- Were you in the service? My son in law was a Lt Col at that time at Fort Hood- Jay Adams.
