This morning I got ready for work a little early and had about 20 minutes to spare before heading to work so I drove around my little neighborhood and found 2 properties that were definitely vacant.One property had a (Eviction restoration notice) and broken window but looking inside I noticed there was some construction/rehabbing going on it wasn't extensive work but repair is being in order.

One after another same scenario, purchase home and home after home for the next year and at the end of that year we'll see where we are with the number of homes we've obtained and then sell X amount of homes and pay off the rest or at least as many as we can.Okay now let the comments begin. please be encouraging not negative, lord knows i have enough of that to deal with.

Simply because they have restored functionality to your computer does not mean the malicious software has been removed, and your data could still be at risk.As for the $439, if this was paid with a credit card, you should call the bank and attempt to cancel/chargeback the payment.

I'd probably deck restore the slab in the back and redo the landscaping so its not encroaching on the windows and looks fresher.

Not ideal but could be worse...The other is a condo I bought for a good deal and put maybe $10k into it for basically a total restoration, did 90% of it myself and have nearly doubled the value!
