Working backwards means doing a residual analysis by taking the finished product you believe represents market demand and deducting all project cost (including the developer's profit).

For example, if a $40,000 vehicle is worth $20,000 (also known as the residual value) after a lease term of three years, a monthly payment will be based off the $20,000 difference instead of the entire purchase price."

I've even tried trying to get my hands on a small businesses that can bring in residual income to put towards invest along with my own income.

If therre is a down payment and lease credits that amount to a significant amount of the market value over a term and there is a small residual amount at the end, it may be viewed as a sale I hope no one does a lease with credits toward a purchase.

We replaced all flooring, had the heat ducts cleaned out, were putting in new windows and exterior doors, anyway, and replaced all the cabinets in the house as they were old and disgusting (even inside cabinets was sticky with residue).  

Over long periods of time vapor itself can leave a thin Vegetable Glycerine (VG) residue that is easily removed with a warm wet cloth.

Does he or she want minimal fees, flat fee commission structure, great coaching and training, equity, residual income opportunities, cutting-edge tech, great company culture, &/or something else?

I guess you could say I'm an all out entrepreneur/marketer who is exploring ALL avenues to generate passive and residual income and hopefully I can achieve this with new mentors and business partners so that I can one day live a worry free life and also teach others to do the same.

The best way to get a taste of real estate investing from the best angle as a beginner is to buy a discounted property, rehabbing it and either flipping it for immediate profit or hold it for residual income.
