Our county auditor site is nicely organized with bed/bath, square ft, etc. if a property seems to have sold for outside the typical window I see I look it up in Zillow or sibcycline.com (a local Company that stores the previous 3 years of sales) to determine the prior condition of the property.

Where you get the money from does not matter to the seller.I believe @Luke Grogan is referring to the times when he MUST take title before reselling (in circumstances where selling property you don't own, without a License, is illegal) ie. double close!

If you already have a website, try focusing on organic traction through blogs and relevant added value content.

When buying real estate does it matter that people can see what you purchased property for and then wanna resell for?

Im very organized and good at researchingSelected a location (raleigh NC) 3 beds 2 bath with a yard preferably closer to city center.  

Some people may look organized, collected & wholesome on social media, but behind closed doors they may be messy, negligent & not a great candidate.
