The owners at the time were directed to our Real Estate agent and she showed us the property as it was a good investment opportunity.How did you finance this deal?

If you decide to join, take their claims with a pinch of salt and conduct your own due diligence.My experience has not been positive so far, but I am hoping for improvements in the future.

Have you approached the current owner of the car washes to see how much they want in a sale?

The owner is open to seller finance for us.

I have decided to send a mailer to ALL my existing tenants informing them of this policy as my existing referred tenants have all been exceptional.

I just helped an 18 unit multifamily owner who sold his property move the funds into the Deferred Sales Trust.

Also would need to know if the property would be owner occupied or an investment property. 

I got a hold of the owner by looking up his information on the county website.
