A fourth bedroom and or and Office den would be a bonus but not a necessity.  good schools strongly preferred, at least elementary.

You don't have to house hack to be an investor and it doesn't make sense to do it with that many people unless it was a necessity.

I am doing this both as a necessity as I cant living in the US year round and also to own a business rather than a full time job.I would like to know who had done this before and what is the process to recruit/find candidates and how to set systems in place to over see him and have them to then follow a specific operating process and procedures.
