I fear this may be my biggest hurdle while getting started.The AskAre there relationships where a wholesaler has a contractor to estimate the repair cost of properties and the wholesaler give the contractor a portion of the profits for the properties that are sold?

Real estate investing can be scary, and there’s even a name for this fear called analysis paralysis.

In cities such as Denver, Atlanta, and Orlando, some are fearing that prices are climbing too fast, and keeping their eye on what was just a few years ago a form of “Income Appreciation Guarantee”, if there ever really was one.

Fear of getting sued as a reason for buyer agent not going?

I always was interested but never took the leap: fear of failure, never the right time, no money, etc.

@Aimee Knier Here in Portland you’d probably land yourself straight into a lawsuit that would claim you threatened the tenant using intimidation and fear mongering.

The seller's fear is that a buyer will sell the property before the term is complete and simply look to payout the remaining balance before their purchase price goal is reached.My question:  Is there something that guarantees that a buyer completes the financing full-term?  

Didn't want to force it for fear of breaking the valves.

I know it could be advantageous to have a partnership in starting out, but I guess trying to initiate myself into finding deals is something I've been struggling to do so far (probably because of school work but also because of fear).
